Beautifully designed complex, spacious and light with great views to the surrounding mountains. Wonderful night sky. Enormous room with a king size super comfy bed and a huge T.V. with a good selection of satellite channels. Also, a lovely communal lounge that we had to ourselves during our stay. Friendly, helpful staff who tried their best despite language barrier.
It is not in the town - okay if you have a car but a 5km taxi ride otherwise, up a very steep hill on a gravel road that our taxi driver had real trouble negotiating. There is no service of any sort on the site between 8pm and 8am so if you need a taxi or any assistance outside those times and you don't have much Spanish it 's a big problem. Breakfast is limited - a croissant and a bit of bread with jam, poor fruit juice and coffee- and served in the room.Limited food available at other times so restaurants a taxi ride away really the only option. Staff spoke little or no English.

Not really anything! Place was like an old motel. There was no one at the reception after 8pm and the doors of the hotel were unlocked at night. The owner had a houseby and was supposed to look in on the hotel often yet I never say her. Water leaked around the commode. Use of the pool and sweat room were not included in the room price. The workers were nice but I did have some problem checking out when they attempted to make me pay vat which I had already paid. I would not visit again nor recommend since I did not feel secure with unlocked doors and no one at the reception at night.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was very close to the mountains we adore. We were welcomed warmly despite our late check-in, which we appreciated deeply. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa which offered a wide range of options. In addition, the room was cozy and clean, and the breakfast was good enough for us.
It was all superb.

Nestled in the beautiful Patagonian woods, this hotel has a serene and relaxing location. the friendly and helpful hosts were always ready to provide suggestions for nearby sightseeing. the well-equipped and clean rooms offer comfortable bedding, with tasteful decor and plenty of natural light.

The natural surroundings were stunning and perfect for those who enjoy outdoor activities. Additionally, the hotel offered a lovely breakfast that was brought to the room and had a cozy feel to it.
The poor service and lack of maintenance at the hotel made for a disappointing stay. The rooms were run down and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Additionally, the staff could be unfriendly and unhelpful, leaving us feeling unwelcome. it was not worth the price and we would not recommend this hotel.

Had a great time in the woods with family. Stayed in a beautiful, spacious and comfortable place for four. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our travel needs. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of choices and healthy options. The location was perfect with great views and close to the mountains.
The Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough in some parts of our accommodation which was a bit frustrating. We had to go to the common area for better signal.
